Returns & Exchanges

At BodyHealth, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your fit isn't perfect, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange policy for all unworn apparel. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original garment tags and hygienic liners remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
